| In late years, to meet the requirement of scientific fields such as martiral science and structure energy science and biology, large synchronous radiation faculties and spallation neutron source faculties are built in the country and oversea. Gas neutron detectors are important equipments for these faculties and the capability of gas neutron detectors can effects the detective intensity directly. Gas detector group of Institution of high energy physics of Chinese Academy of Science accepts two gas neutron detector development projects. One is muti-wire proportional chamber detector development; the other is gas electron multiplier development.Design method and frame of Data acquisition and analysis software are proposed for multi-wire proportional chamber detector system and gas electron multiplier system respectively according to detector and electronics of each system. Data acquisition and analysis software of each system has been developed.Data acquisition software can be divided into electronics tests program and normal data acquisition program. The electronics tests program helps to test capabilities of electronics, the normal data acquisition program realizes to read out data to controller, pack data and store the packed data into files in experiments. Data analysis software realizes to read out data from files, parse and analysis data, show results to test capabilities of detector.The user interface of software is kind and easy for user to operate. Meanwhile, it is easy to add functions and modify something in software. So it can be easily ported to other detector system.The data acquisition and analysis software of muti-wire proportional chamber detector system is accomplished and applies in the experiments successfully. The data acquisition software of gas electron multiplier system is in the phase of compling and needs to be tested in a long time for further improvement. |
