With the development of mobile communications, the third generation mobile communication technology has been come into our life; TD-SCDMA which supported by China Mobile is the 3G independent research of China's standard. Besides the traditional speech service, the future mobile communication system can also provide all kinds speeds of data transmission and image transmission. In order to support the development of high-speed data business, TD system has been introduced HSUPA high-speed uplink packet access technology, uplink group schedule algorithm which to manage uplink data resource is very important in HSUPA, the schedule algorithm is key part to affect system performance and guarantee the service quality.In this paper, analyzed a critical technology of HSUPA which is based on the Node B's packet scheduling algorithm provides guarantee for the development of uplink scheduling technology, discussed typical wireless packet scheduling algorithms which apply to HSUPA system currently, analyzed and simulated Max C/I, Round Robin and Proportional Fairness; compared their main properties. To improve a scheduling algorithm which based on divided area and classified accorded to data of UE's cache, to solve the conflicting problem between throughput and fairness. The improved algorithm packs UE accorded to the area for UE and the data of UE's cache, to make the priority of scheduling UE changes with the packs. Used network simulation platform OPNET emulated to the improved algorithm, Compared the performance of the algorithm with Max C/I, Round Robin and Proportional Fairness. The results show that the improved algorithm can elevate the overall throughput and fairness of cell. The improved algorithm to make better for high rate of business in delay web browsing, sending E-mail and video on demand.
