3GPP defines6types of measurements. Now only Intra-frequency and Inter-frequency measurement which in time slot0are supported by UE in DT-mobile’ TD-SCDMA system. In the cell with only one frequency, it will make UE measurement not accurate to send HSUPA data in time slot0or it will make interference on broadcast channel, so only time slot1-6are used to transmit HSUPA data and there are no information about UE measurement in HSUPA. With the emergence of multi-frequency cell, it is allowed to send HSUPA data in time slot0of Auxiliary carrier when it is not used for UE measurement. Now the information about UE measurement is necessary for HSUPA.The implementation of HSUPA with the information about UE measurement is introduced in this paper. The effect and improvement on the original algorithm when HSUPA contains the information about UE measurement are also introduced in this paper.First, this paper will give the design of the interface between HSUPA and the high layer. The interface includes not only the information of Intra-frequency measurement and Inter-frequency measurement, but also includes the information of the remaining four types of measurements.To avoid the impact of UE measurement on HSUPA,this paper will give the design of how to find the resources occupied by UE measurement and how to remove them from the total HSUPA resources.Second, after the HSUPA entity has the information of UE measurement. The problem in the original allocation algorithm of control channel is that UE may be allocated to a incorrect control channel because the time slot occupied by this control channel may be occupied by UE measurement at the same time. This paper will give the detailed analyzation and redesign the allocation algorithm of control channel.Last, the problem in the original retransmission algorithm is the number of time slots used for the retransmission may not equal to the number of time slots used for the first transmission after the HSUPA entity has the information about the UE measurement. This paper will give the detailed analyzation and redesign the retransmission algorithm.
