The Design And Implementation Of Task Management Module In The Electric Operation And Maintenance System

Along with the emerging of the new equipments, new technology and new businesses, the telecom market become more and more competitive. As a result, the daily maintenance and management of telecom enterprises is becoming increasingly complex. Via the informatization of management process, the Electric Operation and Maintenance System helps to arrange and monitor different resources, improves the support to business market and enhances the service level.The Electric Operation and Maintenance System includes organization/rights management, task management, fault management, duty management and process management modules. This paper designed and implemented the task management module in it. This module provides the functions of maintenance contract, task plan and task implementation and so on. It's a convenient tool, which helps the staffs work more efficient by changing the way of planning task.According to the software engineering, this paper gives a detail description of development process, which begins with requirement analysis, design, coding and ends with testing. This paper uses the object-oriented analysis and design methods, along with the UML system model in the various stages of development. For example, in the stage of requirement analysis, user case diagrams are used; in the stage of design, flow diagrams, class diagrams and sequence diagrams are used to describe the structure and process of the system; in the stage of implementation, the system adopts the J2EE framework, Oracle database and Websphere server. This paper implements a system which is configured, deployed and used easily. Finally, this paper provides the result of functional testing, user interface testing and performance testing.Now the system has been put into use and runs normally.
