With the extensive application of Computer network technology and the deepening of theoretical research of modern design, the traditional method of product design which based on serial design pattern, more and more can not meet the demand for products innovative design. Product innovative Design capabilities are the mainly reflection of the core competitive of the modern enterprise products, only innovative product design can make the enterprise to succeed in the global market and fierce competition. How to enhance the innovative design capability of enterprise products has become a wide range of concern in the product manufacturing enterprises and research institutions. At present, with the combination the modern design theory with computer network technology, the collaborative design based on the network environment of distribution heterogeneous to be extensive attention by a global product design, manufacturing and research institutions,become a research hot in the field of networked manufacturing. Network-based collaborative product design is be the synergy study in the product design process as a research object, emphasizes the optimal allocation and sharing of design resources in the design process , in order to achieve the goal of improve design efficiency, shorten the development cycle, and enhance the competitiveness of products.Network-based collaborative product design is an application mode of the cooperative work of computer supported in the field of modern product design. At present, the research of network-based collaborative product design focuses on the intelligence technology research of network-based collaborative design to support the collaborative network-aware, the model design, control methods and strategies research in the network-based collaborative product design process, management research of network-based collaborative design based on project manage and workflow technology , and the research on supporting platform environment of network-based collaborative design . This paper mainly researches on the task decomposition, distribution issues in the network-based collaborative product design process management, the main research of the paper is:Research on task decomposition and coupling mechanism of the collaborative design, use a combination of functional and structural decomposition,and in accordance with the degree of satisfaction of design team, decomposes task in the collaborative product design. It uses structure matrix to model design task, put forward the principle and approach to derive a set of coupled tasks by using depth-first search algorithm based on the adjacency matrix in the graph, and give an example to validate.Studying the matching algorithm of task distribution strategy and task selection of co-design, using the bidding contract net mechanism in the economic behavior, set up a task distribution model based on the Net- contract, in order to adapt to the dynamics distribution of collaborative design task .at the same time, based on the analysis of the affect factor of task distribution, give the factors of affect the task distribution selection. Based on impact index of the two factors of task team and the design team, give the matching algorithm of task distribution selection of collaborative design.Based on the above theoretical study, design a collaborative design task decomposition, distribution and management system , in the B / S mode, under Java, Oracle development environment, implement project management, user management, task decomposition, task distribution and data views functions of the system , the example of the functional modules to verify the feasibility and effectiveness of the prototype system...
