Design And Implementation Of Online Office System For Asiainfo

AsiaInfo is a good telecom operations support services software corporation. In recent years, with the growth of performance of the company, the company scale and the number of employees are growing rapidly. These changes bring a great challenge to the e-mail based communication system. In order to solve these problems, the managers of union department of Asiainfo decide to build a suite of software based on web2.0. This software will provide foundation supports for the OA of union department, which will reduce the cost of communication and improve the efficiency of manager's work.In this paper, the following are the mainly work I have done based on the management problems encountered by Unicom department of AsiaInfo and J2EE Technology. First, I cover the history and trend of network application. Second, I describe the relate theory and key technology. Third,I analysis the requirement of the system. Finally, I design and implement the system based on the requirement. To build the software well, I use some open source framework. I choose Struts2 as the front MVC framework, Hibernate as the persistence framework and Spring to provide IoC and AOP supports. Meanwhile, also uses AJAX technology to provide users with a better user experience. The main difficulty is how to balance the frequent changes and the stability of system structure. To address this problem, the system adopts interface, modular and diving system into different layer means to ensure the stability of the system architecture. Some optimization is adopt to solve the large concurrent problem.This project brings a great facilitate to the communication and management of Unicom department of Asiainfo. With the good architecture, the system can withstand the pressure of thousands of concurrent users, although it runs on tomcat web container. The software also adopts AJAX and JQuery technologies to provide user with a good UI and user-friendly features.
