| PDM is a kind of technology that manages all product-related information and process.It establishes a parallel collaborative environment for product design and manufacturing in enterprise-wide and supports the entire processing cycle management for the products from concept to process.PDM system is software systems with user features based on Teamcenter2005 corporate knowledge management platform through the function upgrade or secondary development. It realizes electronic processes, special inquiries,application integration capabilities to meet enterprise business needs and requirements of users.In this paper, it implements customization features of product data management through PDM based on Teamcenter2005 software platform and business needs analysis.First, the paper researches corporate operation mode, project processes, software and hardware platforms, etc. It clears the main requirements of the product data management system and enterprise PDM customization features.Second, it analyzes the goals, the main contents and characteristics of enterprise product data management system,It clears the main enterprise-level PDM customization features and ideas based on the main requirements.Third, it realizes customization features according to the customer and business needs on the PDM software platforms Team center Enterprise 2005.Finally, through the creation of test cases it simulates business processes to test the system, to solve problems in test, to make Analysis and rectification on test results, finally to submit the test report. |
