Design And Implementation Of JSP-based Professional Title Evaluation System

With the rapid development and widespread of computer networks, variety of Web-based application development is also springing up. The work of personnel management with Chinese characteristics, especially the title evaluation has changed tremendously in this period. Then the Web-based title evaluation system came into being. Compared with the traditional title evaluation work, the system makes the work networking, standardized and openly to reduce human labor and improve efficiency.The purpose of the thesis is design and development of the"JSP-based Professional Title Evaluation System". The system can achieve a series of functions, such as releasing notice, registering online, filling the form online, uploading supporting materials, reviewing or voting online, and managing the system. Firstly, the thesis discusses the research background and the meaning of the project, and the project tasks and project plan. It describes the software development process and object-oriented systems analysis and modeling method. Then we use the UML object-oriented method to model the system and use the user case diagram to describe the needs of users. The thesis describes the design and implementation, including system modules, database and the system security. Finally, it introduces the testing of the system and the need for improvement. The system has been put into use in the title evaluation work of 2010, Xidian University, and works well.
