Analysis And Implementation Of Professional Title Evaluation System

The process of traditional Teacher Evaluation of Professional Titles is complicated,and lots of manpower is required. It can not meet the requirements of modern highefficiency which has gradually increased. With the rapid development of computernetwork technology, to achieve a B/S model Teacher Evaluation of Professional TitlesSystem can be a good solution to this problem. This paper gives a comparative analysisof current domestic Teacher Evaluation of Professional Titles system, and the TeacherEvaluation of Professional Titles System will be implemented in this paper and give theneeds analysis, the functional requirements of the system.After analysis, finally this topic uses SHH framework in the Java programminglanguage and J2EE architecture. Using Dreamweaver as page development tools, anddatabase using Mysql, we maintain teacher accreditation information and managementinformation in the database. The paper realizes three functions of Teachers TitlesManagement’s Personnel Management, the teachers’ Information Management andJudge Management with two modules. Audit policy is designed and implemented in themanagement system. Teachers log in and submit a personal audit information from thesystem to perform the audit and to determine the qualified personnel in the first trial, thepreliminary examination by experts log on to the system after a comprehensive reviewand scoring.The system will eventually be deployed on computers and has tested its functions.The experimental results can meet the actual requirements in professional titleevaluation.
