As a result in aspect of performance, cost, and power loss superiority, signal processing modules based on the FPGA have widely applied in each kind of signal processing domain. Especially,FPGA is fit for the petitiveness' DSP operation of the multiplying and accumulating etc. The FPFAs' inherent flexibility and also may let a designer keep abreast of the new standards' changes, and can provide the feasible methods to settle for the ceaseless changing standards request.This article has mainly discussed digital signal processing implementions based on the FPGA. At first the paper elaborates the digital signal processing rationale in detail and discusses the FIR digital signal filter principle with emphasis. This article discusses the FIR digit filter's structure and Algorithmic analysis. Finally it discusses and compares in several different algorithms on the FPGA.In digital signal processing, sampled data rate becomes higher and higher, and this digital signal processing is also put forward higher requirements. To achieve this requirement, one way is to increase the rate of digital signal processing; Another method is to sample the data after the sampling-down processing. Multirate signal processing technology for the realization of sampling-down processing provides a theoretical basis. This paper discusses the basic principles of multi-rate signal processing, a multi-phase structure improvements, also in multi-rate signal processing FPGA application made in the theory of a certain depth.Finally, based on the foregoing discussion, this paper focuses on a distributed algorithm in FIR filter. In order to verify advantages of distributed algorithms in digital signal processing in FPGA, based on the Quartus II9.1 platform, focusing on design and implement distributed structures based on parallel FIR filter, and has verified it.
