| In large-format inkjet printer systems, image data is generally stored in PC terminal, and is needed for the printer to render target image. Thus a problem arise that the property of data transmitting becomes an important factor to impede the development of large-format inkjet printer.By analyzing the working principle and structure of inkjet printer, this paper, aiming at low transmission rate, poor stability and reliability of current printer, proposes an improved solution which can greatly enhance data-transmitting efficiency of large-format printers. The design adopts Universal Serial Bus(USB) technology and double-cache mechanism to make data receiving and printing action work in parallel; uses differential technique to realize remote and reliable data transmission; applies time-divided technique to share the data lines for multi-print head. This paper has presented an integrity design proposal and elaborated the. software and hardware design in detail.The new method in this paper solves the parallelism problem between data receiving from PC terminal and its printing action, avoiding errors caused by the unreadiness of data when printing, consequently improves speed and noise immunity of data transmission, and reduces production cost. |
