| Dynamic Railway Scale is a new value equipment which was beginning to be applied in the filed of dynamic weighing in the 90's last century, and gets more and more attention because of its'important effect in railway traffic and mines transportation. Control system is the core control instruments of Dynamic Railway Scale. Nowadays the design of railway scale used microcontroller or DSP as the control core, the structure and function of this traditional design methods are relatively fixed, lacking of flexibility and upgrades space to both hardware and software.The purpose of this design is to design a dynamic track weighting control system which takes SOPC solutions of ALTERA Company. The program which including the sampling part and an external Ethernet transmission part used Niosâ…¡processor system as the core. Frequency divided part were designed for different parts in VHDL based on the FPGA devices'characteristics of parallel processing.
