| The electrinic universal materials testing machine is used to pull and compress the meterials as the plastics,rubber,metals and so on.It combines the functions of control, measurement, transmission, analysis of data and it also has the advantages of wide speed range, high precision, easy to operate, stable performance. Electrinic universal materials t-esting machine is consist of machine and the control system,the research objectives of this paper is to design a system that can real-time control the motion of the complex machan--ical system,can collect the output signals of the sensor in a high speed and a high preci--sion,and it also can display the signals on the computer.At the beginning of this paper,we talke about the current situation of the electrinic universal materials testing machine,then we study the strenths and the weaknesses of the machine and its'future,at last we give the pupose of this research.In the first module of this paper,we mentioned the Electro Magnetic Compatibility,we all know that the hard--ware engineer pay more attention to the EMC in these years,because the control system not only depends on its'founction but also depends on its'disposal of EMC.In the past,we always use the PCI to finish the communication,because we can buy at a low cost and it has a Simpledesign,but it is not easy to expand and if there are some interferences between the PCI,the system may not work,so now we use USB interface to finish the communicati--on.We use the FPGA of the ALTERA COMPANY as the core chip of the PCB,it can be used to program a pwm to control the motor's speed and direction and program in the mo--ore state machine way to control the voltage's transform of AD.At last,we use the USB to send the data to the upper computer and then usd the LAB VIEW to display.The issue describe the whole control system's design principles, basis and the final e--xperimental result,we proved that each module can work properly.Keywords:Test and Control system, EMC,USB,FPGA,PWM... |
