| Traditional power industry, charging fees for the manual meter reading methods, resulting in high management costs, workload, and difficult to avoid malpractice. Popular model that prepaid by IC card developes rapidly, but its safety issues have become increasingly prominent, and how to solve this problem becomes very urgent.CPU card using a special encryption technology which can not only verify the correctness of the information, but also checking the legality of the identity of communicating parties, so it can ensure the security of information transfer. Based on this, according the theories of security and encryption algorithm of CPU card, drawing on technology research results about key managemenet, this article takes the research and exploration for the common concern of security issues in two aspects:Theoretical design and technology practice. The main results are as follows:1.Carried out research and reviews about international status about security and high security encryption about the power charging system based on CPU card.2.Design a system to ensure the safety of prepaid IC card through CPU card security and the combination of DES encryption algorithm. Besides, according to this design, this article implemented a key management system of power charging system based on CPU card. This key management system chooses high security CPU card as the media for key generation, storage and transmission. The whole process of the temporary variables and the transmission line process are used in encryption to ensure the transmission security of the key process.3.The key management system of power charging system based on CPU card uses a hierarchical structure of transmission,wich makes the system expandable, so that it can supports stand-alone systems and be easily applied to distributed systems as well. The system improves the CPU card in the management and avoid oloopholes. It can put an end to counterfeit cards, fake terminals, false trading system and can guarantee the security of power charges. |
