The Research And Design Of Educational Management Based On Hotel Management

The major of hotel management is the characteristics, brand professional major in hotel management college, takes the training mode of " Trinity", most of the courses implement the "modular" open, and sign "contract" training program directly. It also introduces the company line on-site teaching, so has a good reputation among the graduates, no employment barriers among them. Recent years, more students come for reputation, and other universities also visit our college frequently. But one more regrettable thing is that tedious administration works also remain in the manual stage, the work intensity is strong and the work quantity is also large, naturally the work quality and efficiency will not be guaranteed. So, to rely on Internet network platform, building an open, practical and flexible educational management information system based on the hotel management major is imminently.According to the actual needs of hotel management expertise, combined with my own work experience in the Office of Academic Affairs, I plan to design an educational management information system serving for hotel management major. The Implementation of this system can make up for the black of the college characteristics, brand major in educational software, improve this major daily academic management mode, reduce the intensity of the work of managers, and improve the management level of service.This system uses UML modeling, adopts B/S and C/S mixed mode, also, selects Delphi 8 development tools and Visual Studio.NET. The database management system uses Microsoft SQL Server 2000.The paper introduces the status of management information system at home and abroad, followed by the analysis of the demand of the system to describe its modeling functionality and behavior of the module structure in the use of UML modeling. In the stage of integrated design, the development model and development tools are determined. As to the database part, its design and the implementation are also finished, providing the theoretical and practical base for the realization of the whole system. At the end of the paper, the inadequacies and the prospects of this system is referred.The system can solve the tough educational administration typically and efficiently to reduce the work pressure and improve the work efficiency. If it is adopted, the information development of the institution will be better.
