Water pump is an important mechanical device in the national production and people's life, which is widely used in energy industry, mine, chemical industry, water treatment and other important industries closely related to people's life. Although water pump's structure is quite simple, but the internal flow is extremely complex. So that it has not been able to use the analytic methods to determine the general characteristics of water pumps under different operating modes. At present, performance test is the main way to obtain the performance parameters and their relationships of water pump, which is one of the essential measures to improve the water pump technical level and is very important in its design, production and using. The formula about water pump performance test is quite complicated and hard to calculate, so it is difficult to be utilized in water pump performance test. Along with the development of science and technology, enterprises require higher automation and intellectualization water pump performance test day by day. It uses the computer technology, the examination technology, the communication technology and data processing to develop a water pump performance test which integrates automatic analysis and processing system collected parameter gathering, data processing, curve fitting, quality determination and test report. It is important to improve the precision and efficiency of water pump test, consummating the test method, improving the product quality and the performance.Based on the generalized analysis of the water pump performance test domestic and overseas, the water pump performance test automated analysis processing system has been designed and implemented. In this paper, the development background and the significance is firstly analyzed, then the essential method gathering Power builder and SQL Server in developing this system is introduced, the quite detailed analysis of the automatic analysis and processing demand of the water pump performance test is made, and the principle as well as programming of various functional module such as system administration, initialization, correspondence experiment and data processing is elaborated. The data communication gathering and processing together with the curve fitting procedure are emphasized in particular. Meanwhile, the database design is explained with the corresponding table structure. This system has basically implemented the automated analysis, calculation and transformation of water pump performance test and increased the precision and the efficiency of water pump performance test remarkably. |
