| Wireless local area network(WLAN) is the use of wireless technology in the air to transmit data,voice and video signals,as an alternative or extension of the traditional wired networks.WLAN can be built up and updated easily,it's widely used and low-cost.Without the traditional cabling It can provide all the features of wired LAN and can expand the network easily by the needs of users.It provide a potential means for mobile communications,personalization,and multimedia applications and become one of the effective way to access broadband wireless.As the continuous development of wireless network technology and embedded technology,monitoring system based on WLAN has been widely used.In this thesis,a design scheme of an monitoring server system Terminal based on WLAN is proposed, we focus on providing a versatile, easy expansion, low-cost scene intelligent monitoring system.By using the wireless LAN hosts browser we can not only view the real-time parameters of the server montering scene(such as scene video,environmental sensors data),but also control the scene devices.This article focuses on the design of wireless server monitoring of terminals,hardware and software of the system have been gradually hierarchically designed.Hardware system integrate S3C2440A microprocessor and peripheral circuits,the wireless network adapter,environmental sensors (temperature and humidity sensor),USB video camera.In the software system we transplant Boa server,an embedded SQLite database,on this basis,Embedded Linux driver and application are programmed.Programming of the application is the focus of the design work, including CGI programming, Qt programming and database programming.After completing of the application design a test on the whole system has been conducted,Terminal realized the signal acquisition, processing and transmission, and the control of field devices by sending the signals.The system has basically achieved the desired functionality,and achieved good monitoring and control effect. |
