| Along with country to the request of safety in production in the electric power enterprise continuous improvement and the need of enterprise itself development. How to assure the security of transmission and transformer electricity facilities, minimum fault rate of its line and improving power supply confidence rate became the most important question which country and enterprise pay attention to. Line-inspection is an important means to improve reliable rate of production and to ensure the system safety for enterprises. Now some patrolling means used cannot feed back the operation state correctly in time because of the management and technology. That is not good for the security of electricity facilities. Along with the improvement of informatization level of electric power trade in recent years, how to take advantage of informatization to strength patrolling and checking of electric power line is one of the most important problems that workers of electric power enterprise must study and solve.The project of inspecting system in this thesis is based on Radio Frequency Identification(RFID), embedded technology, computer database technology and wireless communication. In the paper the author analyzes and compares various patrolling methods thoroughly. In the power patrolling instrument, the Samsung's S3C2410A based on ARM920T`s core is the microprocessor of its main control unit, and designing of some peripheral circuits are finished, including the memory, serial port, RFID interface, GPRS interface and so on. The author deals with the embedded WINCE operating system used in the power patrolling instrument. With the GPRS network as the data communication medium, workers send patrolling information to the control center. We manage the database operating in the control center through standard function and SQL. It displays the real-time and historical patrolling information, and stores and prints the data.This paper provides an innovation and development method for patrolling and checking of electric power line by analyzing about the system. In addition, it offers one more way for carrying out the job of patrolling and checking of electric power line. Especially using the technology of RFID for patrolling and checking of electric power line that should be have a positive role for improving the level of the management of electric power trade. |
