During the Guangzhou Asian Games, timeliness and accuracy of weather forecast is essential to each sports game. As the core operation platform, the Asian Games information exchange platform processes kinds of original meteorological data such as meteorological satellite photographs and meteorological file, and provides Asian Games meteorological service to Organizing Committee and the public.Data processing module is the core module of the Asian Games meteorological information exchange platform, it handles meteorological file from both inside and outside of Guangdong province, according to meteorological standard, by format examination/decomposition/quality control/computing and transmit into database, supplies the Asian Games special database with original meteorological data information. This paper is based on multiprocessing and multithreading program architecture, puts emphasis on rapid decomposition processing and log recording technology research of meteorological file, and do testing and verification to research result in the test run before the Asian Games opening. Specifically, the main achievement of this paper lists as below:1. To meet meteorological file s concurrent processing requirement, by use of LINUX multithreading and different inter-thread synchronization technology, this paper builds a thread working model suitable for meteorological file processing, and simplifies testing and performance tuning process in a configuration way. As the running results show, this model have a good effect on concurrency processing, at the same time it have a convenient matainability.2. The data processing has a feature of batch log concurrent recording. Utilizing LINUX share memory and multithreading technology, this paper build a producer-consumer model suitable for log recording, and raise the software expansibility in a configuration way. The real running indicates that this model meets recording requirement of batch log, it saves system resource and can be expanded easily.3. Making use of Oracle Pro*C, it simplifies database operation, guarantee data accuracy, and speeds databases operation by using Oracle SQL optimization. The developing is speeded. Running shows it guarantee data accuracy in the database timely.
