For improving the efficiency of developing new products, it is emergent for enterprises to build their own design system according to their specific requirements. It is the best way to redevelop the commercial AutoCAD software for enterprises according the characters of their products.When an electric system designed in RA some of its parts need to be plotted repeatedly. So RA thinks about whether the electric elements can be directly called and placed the appointed position when the theory graphics of the electrical system is plotted. So the convenience could be got and the efficiency was improved. So the problems such as repeated work and the non-normative graphics existing in the process of designer's plotting the schematic sheet of the electric system are solved properly. So designer could abandon the handmade calculation and plot, make the cycle of design short, improve the efficiency.First, this paper analyzed the standard part library system, in view of the present system existence insufficiency. It makes accordingly improvement and informs this system frame.Second, by analysis of the system needs, and combined structure, it establishes the function of the system model, and carries on the detailed elaboration to various functional module.Then, the paper uses the relational data model to establish the standard parts library database system, and gives a detailed design steps. At the same time, it makes a deep research for the standard part library system key technologies under the collaborative design environment, and uses the technology to packaging the functional modules of system, and designs the interface between the various modules.Finally, this article uses the above method, develops a dimensional CAD standard parts library system which is used in the manufacture product coordination design. It runs on the AutoCAD environment successfully, for an example running on other environment.By analyzing the design characteristic of the circuit diagram, it has verified that this program has succeeded in realizing above-mentioned functions, which prove the correctness and feasibility of this method. The result has proved to be feasible, effective and the direction fits the trend of modern hydraulic system designing. It provides an effective tool for the designer, so it is of great value and could be applied in many practical fields.
