The Virtual Teaching Laboratory can provide a self-determining experimenting platform which could solve the problems on time, place and instrument in traditional experiments. The Virtual Simulation Experimental System is a field of combined multi-technology and thoughts. The combination of teaching experiments and virtual simulation laboratory is the development of traditional experimental fields.Base on the conclusion of the research result of virtual simulation and virtual lab, Comparing with the popular virtual experimental technology, Combined with the features of physics experiment and the base requirement of network education, Considering the technology feasibility, System capability and economy, I have a proposal-using flash+php+mysql to construct a virtual lab which is an easy to promote and react, But also efficient. Meanwhile this paper describes how to achieve the main function of this virtual lab, For example, The Action Script used in flash, Validation of the connection of equipment, Database design and connection with flash, And so on.Through this simulation laboratory, students can simple, fast, cheap and efficient participate in the Computer Network experimental curriculum, exempting from time, place, as well as laboratory equipment constraints. The system will promote the use and value. The design idea and methods by this paper, is also a meaningful attempt in this area of the research simulation laboratory system.
