With the increase of China Mobile products and services, the diversification of available channel, network service platform is becoming increasingly complex and the imperfection of business process is becoming increasingly complicated. The problem of business, billing and service has been more and more serious due to inconsistent data, which result in that the increase of customer complaints, the decrease of customer service level and satisfaction, the loss of business.As the core module of support system, the performance of accounts system will influence billing&balance, the customer management service and decision support system directly, the accuracy and validity of accounts processing is vital. Since a large number of telecom users and accounts processing, any small deviation will cause huge losses. With the continuous development of telecommunications, existing billing systems are unable to meet the needs of the market. How to propose an accounting system which meet the needs of growing business and comply with the trend of technological development is the main challenge that telecom enterprises are facing.To ensure that Shanghai mobile develops sustainably in fierce market competition and adapts the flexible and effective change of marketing strategy change, to promote the development of various businesses Shanghai mobile, to support the new demand appears ceaselessly.To keep the Shanghai branch of China Mobile develop sustainably in fierce competition, adapt to fast-changing market strategies, and promote new demands as well as variable businesses launch, this paper analysizes architecture of Shanghai branch Account system.The major researches are as followings:1.Study of basic operation buisnesses in Shanghai branch account system, which includes implemetions of updating from old version BOSS2.0 to new version BOSS3.0 aiming at system running stablely on new platform.(Nowadays, BOSS3.0 system performs perfectly, which received approval from customers);2. This paper optimizes the accounts system of Shanghai Mobile from two aspects; the first one is that a set of interface definition language (OpenBroker Definition) is proposed in order to reduce the dependence of system function-level and of data-level. The second one is that a kind of rule which can configure is proposed in order to take full advantage of the existing code of system, reduce the duplicated and cross code. From the situation of practical operation after optimizing, this paper optimizes and reduces the dependence between functions and data, and shortens the on-line cycle of new business. Through the works of this paper, accounts system is optimized and the operational support system is improved; the operational support ability of Shanghai Mobile is enhanced.While continuing to enhance the level of customer service and marketing, the operational support ability of Shanghai Mobile will be the core competence of Shanghai mobile.
