For the rapid development and expansion of business industry and the increasing of customers of China mobile in Henan, the old Business & Operation Support System (BOSS 1. 0) can not answer for the demand of China Mobile Henan Branch, which leading to the implementation of the new Business & Operation Support System (BOSS 1.5).My paper mainly describes the design and realization of accounts processing subsystem of BOSS 1.5 for China Mobile Henan Branch.BOSS 1. 5, just as its name implies, is the 1. 5 version of the Business & Operation Support System. It including business, charge recording, accounts, interface, report forms, CRM (Customer Relationship Management), and so on. The accounts system has two subsystems: accounts processing subsystem and accounts management subsystem. Accounts processing subsystem mainly realizes the accounts recording, accounts favoring and write-off. It is accomplished by both daily accounts and monthly accounts. Daily accounts processing is processed in wee hours every day. Monthly accounts processing is processed in the wee hours of every month' s first day. It records the monthly accounts of the whole consumption in the past month and lists the benefits for customers according to their participation in relevant activities. Finally, it does the job concerning write-off, which is based on advance in customer' s account and accomplishes the whole accounts processing.The accounts processing subsystem of BOSS 1. 5 is programmed in object oriented programming language-C++ and runs in HP-UNIX system. It is processed in the form of complete memory without a user interface. All the output is saved under UNIX system in the form of files and later saved in Database Oracle 9i.
