| In recent years, the informatization development and management of manufacturing enterprises has been improved tremendously. Although a great variety of information systems facing on different fields have been applied and developed greatly, it has become a new demand of informatization development in enterprise that how to better show the general informatization achievements and management level for superior leadership and business manager,and extract the information all they care about from a macroscopic perspective, so that it realizes the desired heterogeneous information visualization and quantification, and helps the administrator to analyse and decide.This paper focus mainly on the information visualization and quantification in the field of production management.It discusses mainly the basic theory and techniques of production management , including ERP, MES and information visualization; and then, it study mainly on the overall design and detailed design of production management visualization system, such as the design of system's structure and function, the selection of system network architecture, the adopted development technology, the compiling and design of software code and so on; the most important is three key techniques is overcome in the process of database information visualizing: the data visualization technology, the generating technique of process flow diagram, the visual Data mining technique. All in all, a set of software system of production management visualization was developed eventually based on existing database in enterprise, by use of the database management software SQL SERVER 2000 and the visual integrated development tools Borland C++ Builder, which realized the functional requirements of production management module, satisfied the actual demand and can be applied successfully and received considerable recognition for business management. |
