A Web-based Bidding Management System

With the rapid development of information technology, more and more application introduce information working platform, which provides a rapid, reliable, anytime, anywhere processing capabilities. Bidding, as an important work of State-owned Assets Management Department, can not only facilitate the work, but also improve the management level and quality of the bidding process. According to the demand of State-owned Assets Management Department, Xidian University, we develop this bidding management system.Firstly, this paper studies the specific content of bidding process in State-owned Assets Management Department and clear up the system need we will achieve. Then, key technologies and tools such as B/S mode and 3-Tier Architecture, ASP.NET, jQuery and MS SQL Server, are introduced. Next, based on the specific requirement and workflow, we give out the design of the information released module, user management module and filtering module, and use UML language to model the system. Next, according to the results of needs analysis, we give out the system's physical and logical architecture design, and database using E-R diagram to help analyze. Finally, the realization and part of the important codes is discussed in detail, security strategy is made according to the system running environment and system test is done by web system test standard. The system has been put into use and has achieved good effect.
