The Design And Implementation Of College Admissions Data Processing And Analysis System

The enrollment of college entrance examination is an extremely important work of university management. In recent years, with the expansion of school size, the increase in the number of enrollment, a large number of enrollment data needs to be addressed. The enrollment data of university is the basic data of student management, and the source of the digital campus of university. Whether the data to be provided is timely or accurate, and whether the statistical analysis is correct or reasonable, it will have direct impact on the later management of university. In order to achieve college enrollment work in a scientific, modern management and improve the efficiency of the entire enrollment and quality, it is necessary to constantly update and improve enrollment means. Therefore, there is an urgent need for sound, applicable Enrollment Management System Software to reduce labor burden of enrollment staff, to increase efficiency and ensure the accuracy and completeness of the enrollment data.In view of all sorts of insufficiencies existing in domestic university's students recruitment information management system, the author analyzes the business college entrance, and has conducted a thorough research on data's processing and analysis of recruitment, on the base of that designed and realized university data processing and analysis system; solved data sharing problem between systems; realized university recruitment data's statistical processing, analysis of recruitment decision and recruitment notice's smart printing. This thesis has done these works as follows:. This thesis has done these works as follows:(1) Analyzed the standardized question of students recruitment data;(2) Designed the construction of university students recruitment data processing and analysis system;(3) Researched and developed the C/S structure data processing subsystem;(4) Researched and developed the B/S structure students recruitment management subsystem;(5) Designed basis data interface.This system has been used successfully in the author's university in 2008 and the effect was very obvious. It improved greatly the efficiency and quality of the students recruitment work; saved the massive manpower and resources; reduced the labor intensity; simplified and standardized the links of students recruitment; and perfected the enrollment operation flow and so on. The system can improve effectively the automated work level of the university's on-line enrollment'following handling and serve the anticipated design purpose well. This article conducted the analytical study on the information system of university students recruitment, designed university students recruitment of data processing and analysis system. However, the system is not very perfect; it needs to do the further work from the aspect of establishing students recruitment data's forecasting model.
