With the rapid development of the video processing technology and the artificial intelligence, the video analysis system has been widely applied in the industrial, commercial, transportation, security and other fields, especially the intelligent video analysis system has promising future and has become a hot research topic. The traditional video analysis system is usually based on PC or video server, it exists on high cost, high power consumption, big volume, application inconvenient and other disadvantages, using low cost, low power consumption, small volume, application flexible embedded system becomes the development trend of video analysis system.This paper presents a design of embedded intelligence video analysis system based on TMS320DM6446, the system uses the Linux operating system, can be implanted in a variety of application software, and can be configurated the system executing what function by the user according to need, at the same time, this system has several communication interfaces.The system can automatically process and analysis the captured video, when the condition and the default algorithm rules do not match, the analysis result is generated, the system supports the local alarm output and video output, and can transmit video and alarm information through Ethernet to the remote PC. In short, the system is functional diversity, application flexible, easy to expand, can meet intelligent video analysis in industrial, commercial, security and other areas of different the different needs of industrial, commercial, security and other areas, and has a high application value.Based on lots of research work in the basis of the system, this paper completed the hardware platform design; intelligence video analysis system is a typical highway system, this paper studied the related content of high-speed circuit PCB design, and then made the simulation and analysis to the PCB designed by this paper, the simulation experiment results show that this system PCB has good performance. In this paper, the main work has:(1) According to the application of intelligent video analysis system, this paper put forward a design scheme of intelligent video analysis system based on embedded system, completed the overall function design, and presented some concrete design goal;(2) Adopting the modularizing design method, taking the processor as the core, completed the Schematic design of related modules using Altium Designer 6.9 software, and realized this hardware platform design of the system;(3) researched related content of high-speed circuit PCB design, combining key issues of the PCB design, such as the stack layer design, layout shelf design, wiring design, via and pad design, anti-interference design and so on, proposed concrete design methods;(4)For signal integrity and electromagnetic compatibility problems existing in high-speed PCB design, researched their causes and the corresponding solutions, using simulation tools HyperLynx, made the signal integrity and electromagnetic compatibility simulation analysis of the key signaling networks based on schematic and PCB design, the practice has proved that the simulation analysis can shorten the development cycle of the system hardware.
