A Study On The Development Program Of Electric Power Communication Network System

With the development of urban distribution business and its network information technology, higher requirements are suggested as to communication management informationization of power enterprises. Against this background, we studied the development program of electric power communication network system specific to a given city, which is instructive, meaningful and practical to the electric power companies.Firstly, the general construction of electric power communication network and its main task is proposed in this paper. The development trend of electric power communication technology and the technology policies of the power communication backbone network are investigated. The main problems existing in the distribution and utilization power communication network technology are analysed. The advantages and disadvantages of different mainstream technologies are compared, which promoted to establish theoretical and technological foundation for the following system.Secondly, according to the discussion of the current situation and existing problems in electric power communication network, the development of electricity distribution and utilization business,which is on the actual demands to the electric power communication network, is proposed. Then the main business processes in electric power communication network system are analysed.Thirdly, the technical principles of integrated design in electric power communication network system is proposed. Then the overall structure of the power Communication network system is given, and detailed design of the critical part in the electric power communication network system is made.Finally, Combined with the construction issues electric power communication network system in a city, the goal programming of the overall implementation of electric power communication network system is discussed, and then we probed into the main strategies of system implementation, put forward the missions in different stages, and studied the planning schemes of electric backbone communication network and distributing communication ones, separately according to the network hierarchy, network type and investment channels, the corresponding investment was estimated and ratio was analyzed,and built a index appraise system of electric communication network.
