Research On Planning Scheme Of Integrated Communication Network Management System For Fuyang Power Supply Company

During the period of 11th five-year plan, the State Grid Corporation of China (SGCC)proposed the "Strong Power Grid, Excellent Assets, Service and Performance" strategic development target according to the new circumstances of power supply industry's innovation and development. It also fully actualized itself in collectivized operation, intensive development and fine refinement management, and set up collectivized operation mode with the corporation's headquarter as the core. The SGCC's dispatch center of communication advanced its construction of the communication network management system. All these actions fully supported SGCC's efforts to realize its strategic target and made it a fast and healthy development.Based on the working ideas of communication planning and managerial system's construction of the SGCC "11th five-year plan" , this thesis comes up with planning scheme of Fuyang power supply company communication management system.Firstly, this thesis analyzes the current communication situation and existing problems of Fuyang Power Supply Company, draws TMN (Telecommunications Management Network)into Integrated Communication Network Management System (ICNMS)as the standard of construction system.Secondly, according to relevant requirements of communication management system's construction of SGCC, combined with the current situation of Fuyang Power Supply Company, this thesis draws up the overall goal, general idea and design principles of Fuyang ICNMS. Also, this thesis establishes the whole framework of the system through the demand analysis of system function.Finally, based on the overall planning of ICNMS, this thesis gives an integrated implementation plan of this system, discusses the design of some crucial issues, such as network structure, software and hardware components, protocol conversion interface, system networking, safeguard system as well as developing process.
