In recent years, deepening the reform of higher education institutions and the expansion of enrollment, making the ordinary colleges and universities can not meet the needs of experimental teaching equipment. Some of the original hardware and the laboratory has been aging in the experimental case of shortage of funds, the school is difficult to purchase a large number of conventional financial instruments. Article uses National Instruments LabVIEW as the system's software development platform, LabVIEW virtual instruments and software are introduced. Virtual instrument hardware platform to build, we selected a good price and flexibility of data acquisition card, PCI card as the hardware architecture to form the experimental teaching system's hardware platform.Virtual Instruments stressed that "software is the instrument" concept, the paper design of modular software design, analyze and solve the design and implementation issues arising in the process. Mainly to complete the virtual signal generator, virtual oscilloscope, a virtual filter, virtual spectrum analyzer, a virtual integrator and differentiator, the virtual modem, virtual instrument, such as correlation analysis of experimental teaching of University electronic information equipment development. Finally, each instrument will be integrated as a sub-VI experimental teaching system in virtual instrument user interface, so that students can easily experiment with teaching.This paper describes in detail the use of LabVIEW remote panel Web Server and the method of network communication technology. Finally, the thesis research work done by a summary and outlook.
