Microcomputer price reductions and increased performance provide medium and small enterprises a natural soil in their own infomationization.Enterprise information management system has been developed for so many years .It has been a good development and application in some large enterprises and companies, but not so widely used in some medium and small enterprises, especially in those companies in poor condition. Investment in information technology is too high to afford it for those medium and small enterprises. They would rather prefer to the traditional model of management of enterprises than build enterprise information management system.But,medium and small enterprises both share the characteristics of small-scale enterprises, small business people, and narrow businesses which do good to the construction and development of their infomationization. They don't need large-scale investment of human and material resources to set up their own business enterprise information management system.In the current enterprise information management system, information management system based on B/S architecture winsthe heart of many companies because of its own advantages. This article is in this environment, we finish this information management system based on B/S architecture especially for Lan Wei Company in Jilin Province. This system not only combines the company's actual needs, but also draws the advantages of management information systems from the same types of enterprises. This management information system includes a system management module, a quotation system module, a system inquiry module, a contract management module, a financial management module, an inventory system module, a change password module and other modules.This system completely and systemically resolves the business needs of Lan Wei Company, at the same time keeps the characteristics as an enterprise information management system. We participate in the daily businesses and learn the requirements of the system deeply by the research on the business needs of Lan Wei Company of Jilin Province. We sort out the needs under the guidance of the design requirements. At last we design the architecture of the system, and then accomplish the system. The system chooses Microsoft SQL Server2005 as the database technically, which is a new type of multi-user database for medium and large-scale demand for data .The construction of enterprise campus network provides hardware support for the new system server / client architecture.We choose Visual Studion.net as a development environment .Which provides complete instruction control statements, classes and objects for their support and rich data types to the development of the protection provided by high-performance systems to meet customer's requirements for the development of a system, so as to ensure that the code's modular requirements, and improve the code modular, which is very conducive to the new system after the expansion and modification.We put the system into use after practical tests and find nothing wrong. After the test of actual use proved that the system is able to complete the normal enterprise information management.Of course, there are also some problems in this system, such as the adjusting tools of the pages. If the monitor has different size or resolution, the graphic display may not convenient and you need pull the scroll bar manual. This may reduce the experience of the customers. Simultaneously, the fully automated workflow which some customers demanded is not accomplished. There are also manual operations in it. With the deeply understanding of the Enterprise Information Management System, the company and myself will improve the system in the future.
