| At present, with the rapid development of Mobile communication, there are many kinds of standards and methods in communication technology. They are complementary and competitive with each other. Future mobile network will be composed of heterogeneous wireless access technologies. It provides more effective services for different groups of people and different needs. If making full use of different network characteristics to realize fusion in heterogeneous network, studying mobility management technology is essential work. The position management optimization, switching algorithm optimization and access selection strategy optimization in mobility management will affect a system of quality of service to user in large. So network selection and switching technology will become the focus of research at home and abroad in heterogeneous network fusion process.When talking about the problem of mobility management technology research, domestic and foreign are existing common person-to-person business (H2H) for research and they have not researched for the popular IOT (Internet of thing) yet. On a better understanding of IOT features basis, this paper did some research for Mobility management problems. After considering several business character about IOT, I discussed heterogeneous network access choice mechanism between 3G network and WLAN network. I also simply optimized location management process as considering characteristic of IOT.With the rise of IOT and machine category communication using more widely, many H2H business selection algorithm in the traditional network cannot completely meet the requirements of M2M Business. So one of the most important problems is proposing a network selection algorithm about M2M business as considering characteristic of IOT. In this article, I will study a new network selection algorithm for the co-exist H2H and M2M business environment, this paper analysis and comparison of the characteristics of the existing access selection algorithm based on the introduction of a hierarchy-Grey relational analysis of access selection strategy. AHP is used to calculate the weight of the network parameters and then use the gray relational analysis to simple and rapid realization of network selection. The strategy could consider muti-access decision indicators, including business requirements, user preferences and network difference and so on, and to ensure that mobile terminal to select the best network access. Then the simulation results verify the theoretical analysis is correct and better. |
