| With the development of the computer network technology and wide-scale use of computer aided design, analysis, manufacturing and management application, information technology is combining with traditional manufacturing industry in its extensive permeability and incomparable advancement, which made manufacturing information construction obtained a rapid development. Product Data Management (PDM) is a technology with information technology as the foundation, with products as the core, integrating and managing all information and processes related with the products. It's an indispensable tool in the enterprise information construction. PDM technology can shorten the time to the market, reduce the cost of products and improve the products quality, and bring enterprises great benefits in market competition. This thesis mainly researched several aspects contents, as following:(1) The typical demands in products data management and enterprises' personalized demands were analyzed, the method of PDM products type selection based on AHP was proposed, which provided the reference in type selection for enterprise.(2) The thesis analyzed the organization structure of employees and role division, researched products information modeling and products structure and configuration management, and in-depth researched products attributes information, coding management, version management and so on. Through EPDM system, the information model of employees and products were created combining with the actual situation of a pump company limited.(3) The characteristic of workflow management in PDM was introduced. The modeling of workflow management was researched. The author designed and realized products design examination and approval flow, products contract review flow in EPDM system, combining with the actual situation of the pump company limited. During the process of EPDM system implementation, the workflow was created which took the enterprise as center and satisfied enterprise requirement, and made enterprise business management simple and convenient.(4) The requirements of enterprise information integration were analyzed, the integration frame of CAPP/PDM/ERP was designed, the integration of CAPP/PDM/ERP based on BOM was researched. Some parts of data integration of Winkan CAPP,EPDM and K3ERP was completed in the pump company limited, which realized data sharing of enterprise's internal BOM.Through studied PDM technology and management thoughts, accorded to the needs of enterprise implementation of PDM system and combined with the structure of EPDM, the author researched the main modules of EPDM and completed implementation of product data management system for a pump company limited, constructed the perfect information platform for the enterprise. The research and application achievements provide a good engineering practice for other enterprises implementing PDM system. |
