Research And Analysis On The Information Management System Of The Member

Heshan NO.2 Senior high school is a first-rated senior high school in Jiangmen city, Guangdong province. Located in a remote town, far from Jiangmen city, it still attracts a lot of students to study here every year because of its friendly atmosphere and excellent teaching quality. Going through about 90 years of ups and downs, Heshan NO.2 Senior high school develops quite a lot. Now the arrival of 21 century has brought new changes and development not only to the poor countryside but also to this old school. With the rapid development of information technology, Internet has become a tool for improving people’s lives, work and managements, one of which is the management of students’ League.Before writing this essay, I have done a lot of research on the management of the student League and I find out that the main tasks of it include the following aspects: recruit and train new members, hold regular activities, arrange the assessment, manage personal files and make announcement.Therefore, we divide the whole system into several functional modules:Recruitment Management,Transfer Management, Group Management, Charge Management, Registeration Management,Activity Management,Basic Data Management, System Management, which analyze and study the problems in the real life and their solutions and also analyze the significance and necessity of applying Internet into the management of Students’ League. Business requirement and function requirement as well as the major business process are also analyzed. In order to make the explanation on this system more clearly, five different diagrams are adopted in this essay to help finish the draft of this essay, including activity diagram, sequence diagram, package diagram, case diagram and class diagram, which provides a direction of research and implementation work.Finally, to apply this system successfully into practice, I have done a lot of reflection on this essay. I am looking forward to finding better solutions to its shortcomings in its application into life and work so that we can make higher demands on management.
