Ocean Logistics center is an important node in the logistics chain, Logistics center directly affect the operating efficiency of the entire logistics chain, the Slotting Optimization problem of the logistics center is the key issue of logistics centers, the optimal effect determined the overall service capacity of the logistics center. The main content of Slotting Optimization:the Optimization of Slotting and coding of goods, Optimization of commodity classification, Memory partition assignment optimization and so on. Which focuses on the optimizing content for the classification of goods, storage, district and cargo assignment optimization.Core chapters of this paper are four major contents, the Optimization of Slotting and coding of goods, Optimization of commodity classification, Memory partition assignment optimization. Firstly, based on SKU management approach optimized coding of goods, and by analyzing the reasonable cargo space to choose the encoding method. Secondly, used the ElQ analysis to classify the storage goods of logistics center, which providing a basis for the storage area. Thirdly, according to the classification of goods of various types to determine strategies and methods of storage goods, and use district model to optimize the district of the storage area. Finally, the results of optimizing storage district choose optimization area of the necessary goods, and choose GA to solve the multi-objective mode.In this paper, based on theoretical analysis, cargo space optimization, algorithm design and verification in turn, eventually verify the feasibility of building the optimal method, providing a reference for future optimization of cargo space.
