With the development of electronic information and supply chain integration,warehousing services,as the core business of logistics services,play an increasingly important role in the production and economic activities of enterprises.Reasonable optimization of warehouse outbound operations can greatly improve warehouse outbound efficiency,thereby improving the overall logistics service level of the enterprise.This thesis takes the M regional warehouse of A logistics company as the research object.Through a field survey of the M regional warehouse,combined with the relevant operational data of the regional warehouse,it is found that the warehouse has problems such as low picking efficiency,inability to process orders in time,and inaccurate inventory.These problems have a lot to do with the allocation of picking positions.Based on this,this thesis first expounds the current research status of cargo location optimization at home and abroad,and introduces the strategy and solution method of cargo location allocation;Secondly,by using the EIQ analysis method,the outbound orders and items of A company within a certain period of time were analyzed;The products are classified by using the ABC classification method to pave the way for the future optimization of the cargo location;Then,for Class A and Class B goods,a multiobjective cargo location optimization model was established with the shortest picking time,the most convenient sorting and the minimum human energy consumption as the goals;After that,the genetic algorithm was used to solve the model,and the model was verified and analyzed in MATLAB software;Finally,the optimization plan of the entire picking area is compared with the plan before optimization to verify the effectiveness of the optimization plan.This thesis solves the problems existing in the actual warehouse business by constructing a model of the cargo location optimization problem,which has certain practical significance.The results show that the picking distance is shortened by 20.3%after the optimization.The picking efficiency of M warehouse of company A has been significantly improved.In addition,by optimizing the picking positions of the M-area warehouses,not only can the total picking time be reduced,and the number of picking orders per unit time can be increased,but also improve the warehouse outbound efficiency to a certain extent,thereby improving customers’ Logistics service satisfaction.
