Research On The Application Of Teachers Personal Tacit Knowledge Share Based On Moodle

The research is about teacher personal knowledge management based on Moodle in university, to design the theoretical model of promoting college teachers' knowledge sharing, and then to build college teachers' knowledge sharing platform based on Moodle. This paper is to solve the current problems existing in the recessive knowledge and to promote teachers share, eventually to promote teacher professional development, and to improve the university's core competence and education teaching performance. The paper is divided into six parts:the first chapter is about the introduction that mainly introduces the research background and research status, research purpose and meaning, content and method and thesis structure; the second chapter is about related theory involves the knowledge, teacher knowledge, tacit knowledge, tacit knowledge sharing theory, etc.; the third chapter is investigation and analysis about the basic data for the teachers, teachers' knowledge exchange and sharing, the factors of influencing teachers'tacit knowledge sharing, etc. on the questionnaire and interview; the fourth chapter is about advantages and disadvantages of moodle used in knowledge sharing, according to the characteristics, function and structure analysis of Moodle; the fifth is design and development, through analyzing the factors of tacit knowledge sharing, sharing process, and SECI model of tacit knowledge sharing; through the experimental study of validation effectiveness and knowledge sharing platform usability;the sixth is to sum up and to point out the future research direction. Anyhow, based on moodle, university teachers' tacit knowledge sharing platform makes up the disadvantages of heavy resources light communication of traditional knowledge sharing platform, and the platform is to pay attention to teacher's individual participation and experience, and to promote college teacher professional development. This platform provides a feasible and convenient individual knowledge management platform. The paper uses open-source moodle technology to construct personal knowledge management platform, breaking through existing technology restriction of knowledge management system and fetters in knowledge acquisition process.
