After China’s economic development enters the new normal,the economy pursues high-quality sustainable development,the constant change of technology and products forces the development of enterprises to shift from low-cost driven to innovation-driven,and knowledge innovation has become an important weight for enterprises to win in the fierce market competition.Knowledge sharing is the primary premise of knowledge innovation.As the main carrier of enterprise knowledge,employees’ knowledge sharing behavior is affected by many factors.It is one of the main problems faced by knowledge management in modern enterprises to develop the knowledge in employees’ minds,especially the tacit knowledge sharing,to make the fragmented knowledge attached to individuals transition into enterprise knowledge through sharing,and to make employees’ knowledge effectively flow in the enterprise and give full play to its utility value.Using the method of literature induction,this paper firstly summarizes the knowledge sharing theory,defines and classifies knowledge,analyzes the characteristics of tacit knowledge,interprets the important value and significance of employees’ tacit knowledge sharing to the enterprise’s own development,and analyzes the obstacles existing in employees’ tacit knowledge sharing from the three aspects of tacit knowledge,knowledge sharing subjects and enterprise environment.Secondly,the evolutionary game theory is briefly introduced,and the evolutionary path and the equilibrium point are solved and analyzed by constructing the dynamic model of two-population replicators,so as to explore the equilibrium conditions of long-term stable cooperation between the two sharing parties.Finally,using the survey data of construction enterprise JG company,this paper summarizes the current situation of tacit knowledge sharing among employees of JG company,analyzes the mechanism of tacit knowledge sharing among employees of JG company,and puts forward suggestions on optimizing tacit knowledge sharing among employees of JG Company,thus providing important guiding significance for JG company to improve the total stock of knowledge and comprehensive competitiveness.
