| "Paid-news" phenomenon, the long-standing media unreasonable phenomena hidden polymorphically in our news running, has great negative effect on the media. Since 1980s,"paid-news" has been increasing fierce, and become a hotspot in research and managing object for news media administration. However, "paid-news" has derived various forms instead of being eliminated in more than 20 years.This paper, on the basis of researching plenty of literature, using the methods of literature analysis combined with the development of the phenomenon, differentiates and re-defines the concept of "paid-news". Classify the personal behavior and collective behavior in the institution changes perspective. Analyses in the moral dimension and legal dimension, meanwhile, analyses the institutional and relational structure, reveals the power rent-seeking relationships and the deep reason of the breeding and undying "paid-news" phenomenon in the sociological perspective. At last, propose countermeasures. |
