Web-based Educational Administration Management System

Educational Administration management (EAM) normalization is one of the foundations as well as the symbol of social normalization. With the development of communication technology, the mobile terminal becomes increasingly popular in business and daily use. Based on the present situation, we combine the advanced mobile communication technology and educational administration management system, to provide a real-time and efficient information release, communication platform teachers, students, parents and the educational administration department.In this essay, based on actual demand, I designed an educational administration management system (EAMS) based on SMS tip system.1. Firstly, there is an illumination of the current situation of domestic college EAMS, involving the background, including the problems and defects existing among them and the achievements; also, there is an overall description of the goal and the principles as well as the analysis of the structure and the administration process of the new system.2. Secondly, on the condition of an analyzing of the merit and the defect of the C/S mode and the B/S mode of management information system (MIS), B/S mood is recommended in development of the new EAMS based on SMS tip system; and a leased line is required in MAS access to mobile gateway and business systems docking.3. The analysis, design and implement of the academic text messages prompt system. Firstly there is an explanation of SMS, including the relevant concepts and the business, and there is a detailed analysis on the technical foundation of the design for SMS tip. Then there is a description of the architecture design and message gateway. Finally, there is a demonstration of all kinds of information inquiry, update, customizing, sending and management functions in the message management module system.
