The Design And Implementation Of Academic Level Laboratory Management System Based On Multi-Agent

With the expansion of college's student and the scale of college, all kinds of laboratory largely appear. How to manage these laboratories and How to great play its role? To choose laboratory management system is a good direction. Throughout the domestic and the abroad, lab management system software also is varied largely.Some overseas large multinational have adopted it to manage their company's laboratory, and has produced significant benefits. Domestic relatively late start, but also has some molding of business software. All kinds of schools have advantages in resources, so all join suitable for the development of their own school laboratory management system.This paper discusses the system which is based on multi-Agent laboratory management system of academic level, mainly for the traditional laboratory management system with the lack of intelligent. In the design and implementation process of the system,the intelligent Agent is regarded as a separate module. As a popular technology,multi-Agent integrates with the artificial intelligence and distributed computing, database technology, object-oriented technology. Agent as a separate individual, have their own unique characteristics and have their own consciousness and understanding to the surrounding environment. It can actively completing the task which is given by the user.The different status of the system login module can login to different function page . Administrator module can be divided into the following function according to several sub-module: teacher-student management, mainly including sub-module information about users add, delete, update; Equipment management module, this includes sub- inbound, transfer, receiving equipment aspects of the management and realize the dynamic equipment management; Booking module mainly realizes the sub- management of information management and user appointment for an appointment with feedback information verification; Management of the basic information of the laboratory management, mainly is achieved with laboratory information management and maintenance for the user's appointment offers convenience. Teacher-student module is that teachers and students through the login module into the system and can choose according to need the corresponding function, the system provides query, booking, and other functions in the information.In the process of database design and implementation , altogether 12 forms were designed to storage the basic information of the system. That is great convenience for the administrators to management college laboratory equipment and related information query and update, and also reduces the administrator workload, convenient for the teachers to information query.This system introduces multi-Agent technology into laboratory management system, which is a beneficial exploration and attempt.In the development of the system Agent is ploted as a single module and there is three Agent respectively, Session Agent ,System Agent and database Agent. System Agent is responsible for grasp overall and the coordinate andcommunication between the Agents and the resources allocation. Session Agent check the user's identity, and then move on to the corresponding page. Database Agent will be responsible for the order from the user and index the database records parameters and compares, then returns the corresponding results . Database Agent is also responsible for database security, in case the user's illegal operation causing the database destruction. Although there are many advantages and due to the Agent has autonomy which caused non-discipline. Each Agent may complete the task by itself and not communications with other Agent. So, System Agent is particularly important.This system was put to use makes lab resources to obtain reasonable configuration and improving its efficiency, basically achieved college laboratory all aspects of informatization and the management of automation, intelligent.Therefore the system greatly enhance the college laboratory management and provide the user with the electronic form that the user need directly and quickly.The effect is good.
