Abstract/Summary:
That man acquires outside information from more than 75% of the intake of the image is eyes. The visual image is the main source of information. Image technology and computer technology combining together, form the analysis technology of digital image processing. Digital image processing and analysis technology in different fields of application, resulting in a different application disciplines.We have several related subjects:the application of computer vision and pattern recognition, the robot of artificial intelligence and etc.In recent years, the rapid development of digital image processing technology, based on machine vision detecting technology gradually from the various research towards practical phase. Color test using image processing and recognition technology measure the difference between colour of color, can significantly improve the detection of industrial production automation. Color test technology through image acquisition equipment acquisition systems, using object surface color image color standard reference, use the computer to color image difference arithmetic, accurate color difference.Through the domestic and foreign relevant material, found the color test technology research focused on color difference of big color respect. The detection of chromatism is always difficult. Due to the different levels of uniform color space, and eye on the same chromaticity observations of the differences are different. Therefore, how to accurately, to small color correctly distinguish the boundaries, colors and defects to improve the precision and surface color test with the inosculation appears especially important. And the high research meaning and realistic significance.Based on the above research work below:1. Color image of defects dividedImage edge detection algorithm is focused on the measuring technique. At present, the researchers of edge detection algorithm proposed, and specific application. But these studies for color image processing technology in the quality inspection of good precision cannot achieve. This topic is proposed by using the uniform color Spaces in between the image and image of the parameters for color image edge detection methods.2.In the experiment of optimal lamp brightness and Angle of chromatism.Based on the analysis of color and brightness lighting position, the influence of the light field of view of the optimal scheme based on the most CIEDE 2000 formula for the uniform color chromatism detection was studied. Experimental results show that CIEDE chromatism formula can compare to chromatism good.3.Color measurement system of study, improve the color test interference factors of repeated accuracy and stability.In the process of research, analysis of the test of color, and puts forward solutions to interference factors to improve color of repeated accuracy and stability testing.4.Analysis of the human eye to color quality evaluation standard, improve the surface color test machine vision and the human vision remains.In this paper, MATLAB and VC++6.0 software algorithms and methods of the above, the final validation of the color detection experiments, and achieved good results.
