| Capital Construction Project Management Systems are applications for practical use of capital construction project areas guided by theories and methodologies of project management system. This system are involving projecting, planning, review, land planning, engineering planning, design management, contract, investment, implementation, document. Software in the future is in the trends of networking, intelligence, integration, personality.This paper presents the current situation of domestic and aboard capital construction project management systems and analyzes the merits and scope of such systems. For researching such systems, we find that such systems are partially available, especially in redundant configurations, high costs. The system originally proposed in this paper meets the requirements of capital construction project management systems among colleges and universities.The implementations Technologies such as Java Struts etc. are employed to construct modules of this system. This system is based on Internet, which enhances the flexibility of accessing system. This system is also in test run phase in Construction Department of Dalian University of Technology, which is the proof of correctness and availability of this system. |
