Design And Realization Of Report Management System Innovation Experiment Project In Colleges And Universities

With the implementation of the national college students’ innovative experiment plan and improvement of modern society innovative demands for college students,colleges and universities pay more attentions to innovative experiment in undergraduate program. The number of project application is increasing, and the quality is all improved. Many colleges and universities existing paper office documents using manual submission, classifying, summarizing and finishing management shown workload,inefficiency and inconvenient, which brings great challenge to the business management personnel. The artificial management is not only a waste of manpower and material resources, but also prone to errors and confusion. With the development of network technology, computer applications entered a period of fast growth, every business established the basic network business information management system, which can greatly improve the office document processing speed and working efficiency. Colleges and universities also keep up with the development of information, and entered the scientific research project declaration management network model.Based on extensive investigation to address the realities of college, this paper studied the development and current situation of the management system, and chose the advanced technology of J2 EE and open network architecture, and developed a set of university declaration of innovative experimental project management system. First of all, this thesis introduces the innovative experiment project in universities to declare the business process, analysis the functional requirements and performance requirements,and gives the corresponding use case diagram and data flow diagram, and then discusses the filing management system design principles and objectives, overall design and the system architecture and function. The system is divided into four big function modules including project management, public announcement management,organization management and system management and ten segmentation modules including project application query, project examination and approval, project review,the bulletin board query, organization management, information management,organization, association role management, role management, permissions cache management and user management; Next, we study the system database of each module,describe the detailed design and the main database tables. Then the realization of the function of the system is discussed in detail and the basic idea of security is all described. Finally, we test the stability and compatibility of the system, and show the test result of the browser compatibility. At the end of the article the whole paper is summarized and prospect.The research and implementation of this system will improve the efficiency of college students’ innovative experiment project application and this system is of great usefulness.
