| Recent years, selection and customization service brings operators and Service Provider huge economic profit and facilitates users' life. Users prefer this acquirement way which can get correct information anytime and anywhere. Meanwhile users pay more attention to service quality such as timeliness and accuracy.Service quality represents the level which service is above the network. The test result of network end is often unable to reflect the fundamental issues of service development. Even if many questions, it is also very difficult to find the core question. So it is absolutely necessary to let users participate in test process.As the third part, dial test monitors all service quality indicators by user's status, evaluates service quality from the end user's perspective, finds the change of service quality at the first moment and provides instructions for problem location and removal of faults to ensure the reliability of service.According to the defect of traditional manual dial-test system, as well as weak limited test ability and coverage of existing dial-test system, this paper proposes an automatically dial-test system with high efficiency and expansibility, and analyzes, design and realize service module, task module and process module in auto dial-test system which supports selection and customization service test. |
