| Currently, our country's demand of elevator has already surpassed the half of the global demand, and our country has become the world's biggest elevator market too. The demand of elevator is still increasing with the rapid development of Chinese economy, the acceleration of urbanization, the growing of housing demand, and the constantly emerging of high-rise buildings. Meanwhile, with the development of society, people propose more requirements on the elevator's performance. As a new field of computer application, embedded system has received more and more people's attention for its simple, efficient characteristics. This paper discussed one kind of elevator control system with the application of embedded operating system which based on CAN bus, and this control system takes the embedded high-performance microprocessors as the core. Embedded operating system Linux optimized allocation of system resources, simplified software programming, ensured the features of real-time, and improved the system's reliability.This paper discussed the elevator control system's status at home and abroad and the trend of its future, and put up one design of elevator core controller with the technology of embedded system after the analysis of its status and trend.In this paper, elevator core controller's software design and achievement are mainly studied, and its embedded system's overall structure is offered. It discussed the construction of embedded development platform and U-boot transplantation in details. It successfully achieved the transplantation of embedded operating system Linux to target and its implementation process when modifying relevant code in Linux kernel and completed the coding of elevator core controller's related function modules. |
