Direct Drive Volume Control (DDVC) Electro-Hydraulic Servo System is a new kind of electro-hydraulic servo system. Have the characteristic of ac servo motor con-trol such as simplicity and hydraulic system such as large capacity and high frequency response.It also has the features of high reliability,energy saving ,,small integration, etc.In recent years ,humen consume so much chemical energy, and emission lots of carbon dioxide and sulfur dioxide causes severe global climate change. As China is industrializing, urbanizing and modernizing ,improving energy efficiency is the best method to solute this problem. With the development of Direct Drive Volume Control (DDVC) Electro-Hydraulic Servo System , it will make a great contribution to energy saving.The main work of this paper is to improve the structure of Direct Drive Volume Con-trol electro-hydraulic servo divice and design the control system(Including emc design and the controller design). The original system exist two serious problems, First is the system can't catch up with large input,and has the problem with noise. In order to solve the problem of system, I have comprehensivly analysis the system, determine the causes and give suggestion for improvement. Secondly during operation the system has electromagnetic interference problems, In order to guarantee the device working stably in electromagnetic environment and ensure the safety of the staff, I analyzed the system from aspects of electromagnetic and had the emc design.And for further under-stand the system,I have simulate electro-hydraulic servo system, design the intelligent controller.In this paper, I also designed and perfected the controller's software, and fully experimented with the divice.Through the analysis of experimental results verify the previous the inference about noise. While the signal not distorte, system can achieve the highest frequency response(5Hz).
