Electro-hydraulic proportional control technology has rapid development with thecontinuous development of the electronic technology and the control theory. As animportant part of the electro-hydraulic proportional control system, control technologyof proportional control amplifier gradually transitioned from pure analog controll tomicrocomputer controll and digitally controll. Currently, digital proportional controltechnology has become one of the main directions of the electro-hydraulicproportional control. After understanding the control principle of proportional valvesand collect a large number of literatures about the proportional valve controltechnology, this paper proposed a design scheme about digital, multi-function, highuniversality intelligent multiple proportional control amplifier.Multi-way proportional control amplifier has been designed in this paper, takingTI’s high-performance, multi-functional32-bit fixed-point DSP chip TMS320F2812asthe core, using software instead of hardware circuits, combining with the anti-unloading power drive circuit. Meanwhile, six PWM pulse signals output by theintegrat PWM controller of microprocessor that which separately control two MOSFET’s on-off mode of each channel to make each proportional electromagnet coilobtain a dc current with ac ripple component. At last, the design realised that oneelectronic control device could control three singles solenoid or double solenoidcontrolled proportional valve at the same time. This paper has determined the overallscheme of the system, designed the signal input interface circuit, power drive circuit,current monitoring circuit, spool position feedback signal conditioning circuit, powersupply circuit, serial communication interface circuit and so on, writed the applicationprogram of each function module in CCS3.3development environment, also realizedthe closed-loop control of the intelligent fuzzy PID controller that put forward in thispaper.In the final, hardware circuit simulation, software debugging and experimental verification shows that overall scheme of multi-channel proportion control amplifierbased on DSP proposed in this paper is feasible, basically achieved the main function,the digital design thought makes the system has better flexibility and higher scalability.
