Research And Development Of Material Management System In MES Of Composite Materials

At present, the composite materials have been used in the aircrafts more and more widely. But in the aviation composite manufacturing process, there are many different kinds of materials. And different models and requirements of the material management are needed by the materials. The completeness of materials and the materials tracking are difficult and the manual inventory management is intricacy and can easily make mistakes, so the information sharing is hard to realize. In order to increase the management level, the aviation manufacturing enterprises should try to break the traditional manual management modes and advance the construction of enterprise information. Therefore, researches on material management mode and material management system in MES of composite materials have a theoretical significance and application value.Based on the development of a Manufacturing Execution System of composites material workshop for some aircraft manufacturing enterprises, the characteristics of material management were researched and the problems of the material management were analyzed. A new material management model and framework of material management system in MES of composite materials were designed. The function model, information model and the database of every module of the material management system were built. And on this basis, the relevant function modules were developed and the basic functions of material management such as in and out storages, storage inventory, inquiry and statistics, material tracking were implemented. Also some special function modules were developed such as the matching of the materials, the construction of the product BOM, the alarming of the validity expiration, the management of the overtemperature of the freezer and the life management system of the perishable materials. The application test of the material management system has been carried on.
