With the continuous improvement of living standards, people's requirements of comfortable are also increasing, coupled with an increasing number of foreigners settle in China, the Chinese traditional heating methods are facing more and more challenges. Low-temperature radiant floor heating will become the preferred way of heating because it's comfortable, healthy, environmental protection, and energy saving. As the key factor of low-temperature water radiant floor heating system, temperature control has become the study focus in HVAC industry.Firstly, this paper describes the hardware design of low-temperature radiant floor heating system, including circuit design and the selection of various functions major components. Because this design is market-oriented, design cost should be considered during the hardware.Secondly, the software development of low temperature radiant floor heating system is introduced, which is the major task of this design. It includes A/D converter design, wireless communications programming, time/period function, timer on/off function and temperature calibration program design and so on. For further discuss program design, the paper gives a detailed program flow chart and part of C language code to carry out instructions.Then, control methods of low temperature radiant floor heating system are in detail discussed. According to the basic principles of heat transfer, combined with straight-temperature radiant floor heating system's structure, a simplified dynamic model is deduced for low-temperature radiant floor heating system. The self-tuning fuzzy parameters PID control algorithm with a strong robust is used in temperature controller, because the environment and the practical range of objects can not be predetermined, even if the parameters in determined it also has time-varying and nonlinear. Compared with the traditional PID control method, the simulation results and the operational control results prove the effectiveness of the control algorithm.Finally, a prototype wireless intelligent temperature control is designed and produced, by the development of low-temperature radiant floor heating system hardware design, software programming and control methods. Low-temperature radiant floor heating system is tested in the simulation lab for a number of factors, the results proved the high precision and stable of this wireless intelligent temperature controller, and it can be used in real life.
